Pinot Gris 2020
Alcohol: 12.0% vol; Residual sugar: 9.0 g/l; Acidity: 6.2 g/l
The grapes were harvested by hand for Neustadt adW on September 16, 2020 with a must weight of 98°Oe. An eight-hour
mashing time and a 2.5-month fermentation period resulted in gentle further processing, which
resulted in this very smooth Pinot Gris.
Chardonnay 2017 feinherb
Alcohol: 13.5% vol; Residual sugar: 2.3 g/l; Acidity: 6.1 g/l
The grapes were harvested by hand on September 18, 2017 with a must weight of 97°Oe.
A very aromatic Chardonnay was vinified through a six-hour mashing period, a subsequent three-week fermentation period, and yeast storage until mid-January 2018.
