In mid-September, an impressive grape harvest seminar for Transylvanian Saxon youth from Bavaria took place in Bogeschdorf in the Zwischenkokel region, accompanied by a three-day culture and wine festival. A celebration steeped in winegrowing tradition, encounters, and pride in one's origins. With over 2,000 visitors, a diverse program, and high-ranking guests, a vibrant sign of the cultural continuity of the Transylvanian Saxons was set. Not only was wine harvested and celebrated, but community, tradition, and attachment to one's homeland were also lived across generations.
